I didn't set out to write a book.
I set out to survive a career.
Twenty years in sales- retail, enterprise, &
government taught me more than any training program or business book ever could. The lessons were real, sometimes hard, and almost always things nobody warned me about.
I've sat across the table from difficult clients, navigated organizations that didn't always make sense, and figured out the hard way what actually drives results versus what just keeps you busy. Over time I started to see the patterns — in myself and in the people around me — and I realized most of us are making the same quiet mistakes.
No One Is Thinking About You is the book I wish someone had handed me early. It uses my sales career as the backdrop but it's really about something bigger — the blind spots, habits, and mindset shifts that change everything once you see them.
Today I work with sales professionals, teams, and organizations who want to close the gap between effort and results. I speak at companies, universities, and events — and I'm available for consulting engagements for those who want to go deeper.
If there's one thing twenty years taught me, it's that no one is coming to hand you the answers. But someone can point you in the right direction — and that's exactly what I'm here to do.
